Policies and Procedures

Proof-Reid® aims to protect everyone who is directly and indirectly involved with the company.

Proof-Reid® takes its responsibilities to safeguard and protect the interests of all young children and vulnerable adults extremely seriously. This policy is non-contractual but indicates the way in which Proof-Reid® intends to deal with such matters.

This policy applies to all self-employed Tutors and Mentors whose duties bring them into contact with children and/or vulnerable adults.

This policy aims to create and maintain the safest possible environment for the children and vulnerable adults we work with. All reasonable steps will be taken to prevent all parties, including our self-employed Tutors and Mentors from harm. We feel that it is paramount and of the utmost importance to not only protect ourselves, but to protect our tutees, tutors, mentees, mentors and other various stakeholders affiliated with our brand.

Furthermore, the company shall periodically conduct internal audits of its information, data and internal controls to determine if we are achieving the desired results. For the comprehensive list of our policies and procedures, please refer to and download our dedicated PDF, which can be located directly at the bottom of any page on this website.
